How Often Can Oracle Audit You?

Most Oracle contracts have an audit clause that Oracle will not audit more than once per year. If you got audited a year ago, that’s 12 months’ timeframe, from the date of your audit closure, they cannot audit you for another 12 months. That’s pretty much the standard language that Oracle has. You should not see an audit more than every 12 months. If they’re coming back in 6 months, you can tell them to go away.
